A company is looking for a Management Analyst to design systems and procedures to improve management efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on workplace savings programs for small-to-midsize businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Design systems and procedures to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness
Work with service desk to create tooling for internal outbound requests from stakeholders
Track usage trends and analyze data to inform future development plans
Required Qualifications and Education
Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or closely related field, or the foreign equivalent
2 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered, or closely related
Experience with PL/SQL, MS-SQL, JIRA, Salesforce, AVA, Github, HTML 5.0, CSS
Experience in testing and configuration
Knowledge in database structure and SQL, and integrations via APIs, OAuth, JSON, or XML
