A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Quality and Practice Transformation in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish strategy and direction for provider engagement and practice transformation
Lead teams to engage with key providers and participate in state level quality strategy meetings
Report on strategic provider results to Senior Leadership Team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managed healthcare administration and/or Provider Services
Experience with risk adjustment, quality metrics, and Value Based Contract arrangements
Provider contract network development & management experience
RN license preferred
