A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing merchant onboarding, compliance, and service within the Merchant Squad
Managing in-store processing, fulfillment, and inventory management
Identifying and implementing process improvement and optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
4+ years of experience in operations management or supply chain management
Proficiency in inventory management systems and relevant technology platforms
Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management principles
Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
