The Nelspruit SPCA is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team in support of animal welfare. Below are the current vacancies:
1. Charity Shop Assistant
Location: Sonpark Shopping Centre, Nelspruit
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position (beneficial).
- Strong stock control and administrative skills.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in handling cash and card transactions.
- Online social media skills (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Reside in or around Nelspruit.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Clean criminal record.
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.

Hours:
- Weekdays: 08h00 – 17h00
- Alternate Saturdays: 08h00 – 13h00
2. Front Desk Reception & Admin Clerk
Location: Nelspruit
Requirements:
- Experience in handling front office tasks and answering telephones.
- Ability to work with the public and educate them about animal welfare.
- Strong administrative and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage cash and handle petty cash.
- Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Reside in or around Nelspruit.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Clean criminal record.
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
Hours:
- Weekdays: 08h00 – 17h00
- Alternate Saturdays: 08h00 – 13h00
