A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Dispatcher to ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of service technicians and equipment, aiming to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch service tickets to technicians, including scheduling and adjusting maintenance visits
Monitor and optimize technician schedules for efficiency, including real-time schedule adjustments
Handle detailed documentation, review quotes for invoice accuracy, update CRM tools, and order necessary equipment
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or the solar industry
Experience in de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers
Ability to meet deadlines and metrics in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Intermediate digital literacy and a typing speed above 45 words per minute
Knowledge or curiosity about solar products and installation is a bonus
