A company is looking for a Partner Success Associate, SMB in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Zip merchant partners, driving engagement and providing support
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies and enhance merchant relationships
Deploy promotional and re-engagement initiatives to increase merchant engagement and drive business growth
Required Qualifications:
12+ months experience in Partner Success or Merchant Experience roles
Good understanding of Consumer Credit, BNPL Payments, eCommerce, and Retail
Growth mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Sales CRM’s (Salesforce, Tableau, Coda) preferred
