A company is looking for a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (MA license).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual care visits for patients, conduct screenings, and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with teams to ensure patient needs are met and document interactions in a timely manner
Support group care and address barriers identified by patients
Qualifications:
Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in MA
5-8 years of therapy experience in healthcare settings
Experience in perinatal mental health care and working with diverse populations
Proficient in EHRs and software, understanding of birth inequity and structural racism in healthcare
Experience with trauma patients, cognitive behavioral therapy, and virtual care is a plus
