A company is looking for a PFS Insurance Specialist I-Front End.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify insurance coverage benefits for genetic testing
Submit authorization requests and follow-up on statuses
Coordinate with vendors for prior authorizations and report payer-related issues
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, and insurance plans
Experience in working denials and writing appeals
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
Some college preferred, Xifin knowledge a plus
