Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a large-scale Move to Cloud initiative. The goal of the project is to migrate all local, on-premise, and country-hosted applications to the Azure Cloud Landing Zone, as part of a global infrastructure modernisation program.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the global cloud migration initiative across multiple regions and teams
- Drive planning and scheduling of activities across phases of the program
- Coordinate international and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and cultures
- Lead and participate in regular follow-up meetings, tracking progress and resolving issues
- Define and monitor key KPIs related to program advancement, risk, and delivery
- Support technical meetings and workshops — basic understanding of Azure Cloud is a plus
- Consolidate reports and provide status updates to senior stakeholders and sponsors
- Assist in cost tracking, budget follow-up, and vendor coordination as needed
Requirements for the role
- Proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager in large, complex, international programs
- Experience in IT infrastructure or cloud transformation projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge in Azure is a plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Strong experience in project planning, follow-up, and KPI tracking
- Experience working with cross-border teams and multicultural environments
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions, especially in cloud/infra topics
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English
- Spanish knowledge
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
