Principal HRIS Analyst – Texas

A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Create partnerships across HR, IT, Payroll, and other functions
Provide training and support, optimize HR business problems, and manage projects
Ensure data integrity, manage feature releases, and develop reporting solutions

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with HCM web-based applications
4+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions for HR teams
Advanced excel skills required, PowerBI experience preferred
