A company is looking for a Principal Stock Plan Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee long term equity plans, including grant and vest/lapse processes
Input equity activity in the platform and provide customer service for employee inquiries
Collaborate on educational materials, develop process improvements, and support with reports and audits
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, legal, or related discipline, or active CEP certification
5+ years of relevant working experience
Experience with company stock ownership and equity transactions
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and Docusign
Easy-going and a team player
