Key Responsibilities:
Organize, guide, and supervise team operations
Create and handle project timelines, budgets, and resources
Nurture team members with direction and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success as a Lead, Executive Producer, or similar role
Experience managing diverse teams in creating AA or AAA console titles
Familiarity with various game development fields
Strong understanding of Production methodologies and project management tools
Experience with JIRA is a plus
