A company is looking for a Program Manager on the People Team (Onboarding).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and refine onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees
Lead in-person/virtual orientation sessions and create personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with department leaders
Monitor onboarding metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in program/project management, particularly in onboarding and employee development initiatives
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, time management, and organization
Ability to facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions and other people programs
Strong project management skills with a focus on optimizing program success
