A company is looking for a Program Manager, Provider Engagement to oversee provider engagement programs in the Quality & Risk Adjustment department.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage provider engagement initiatives to improve quality outcomes and risk score accuracy
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide education and resources to providers
Track and report on the success of provider engagement programs and develop corrective action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of managed care experience, preferably in a national or multi-location organization
Experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment, particularly with government-sponsored programs
Proven ability to innovate and drive organizational change
Graduate Degree preferred
