A company is looking for a Remote Associate Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive initial calls and obtain all pertinent vehicle information from potential Total Loss claims
Ensure accurate data entry of vehicle information into the system
Communicate vehicle value to callers and forward calls that require additional research
Required Qualifications:
No prior insurance or automotive experience required, as training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of prior customer service experience
Strong technical aptitude
