A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Oversee sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and forecasting
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years B2B SaaS sales operations or revenue operations experience
Experience scaling revenue operations for mid-market and enterprise-level sales teams
Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc
Demonstrated leadership ability in building and developing high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
