A company is looking for an RN Case Manager – Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess members for clinical and social needs in a timely manner
Educate members on disease processes and medications
Collaborate with other programs and Primary Care Physicians regarding member needs
Required Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN compact license
3+ years of experience in a hospital, acute care, or direct care setting
Basic level of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Designated workspace with access to high-speed internet
