A company is looking for a Senior Supplemental Claims Analyst to oversee the adjudication and processing of supplemental insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims
Handle appeals, complaints, and complex claim issues
Train, mentor, and provide support to team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in employee benefits or financial services
Proven experience in managing claims and working with claimants
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
Bachelor’s Degree in arts or sciences, business, or a related field (preferred)
