A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for their Data Platform team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set short and long term strategy for the Data Platform
Manage team performance and development
Improve operational performance and effectiveness of the team
Required Qualifications:
7+ years as a data engineer
5+ years as a people manager on engineering teams
Experience with SQL, Python, Terraform, and AWS cloud infrastructure
Experience building and maintaining OLAP systems and data platforms
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
