A company is looking for a Senior Legal Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure thorough review and alignment of contracts with company policies and legal requirements
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Conduct risk assessments and propose strategies for risk mitigation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with 2 years in a SaaS company
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active member of at least one state bar
Experience in handling data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
Ability to meet deadlines and support end-of-quarter business requirements
Availability to travel to the company’s office 1-2 times per year
