A company is looking for a Senior Legal Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Solving problems, designing, and implementing solutions for legal department improvements
Initiating, leading, and ensuring seamless adoption of legal process enhancements
Collaborating with critical stakeholders to modernize legal processes and systems
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree
Experience in end-to-end process development and back-end business systems
Ability to identify opportunities for change using Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
Familiarity with business and design planning frameworks in a complex business environment
Legal operations experience or litigation subject matter expertise
