A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to provide technical leadership and support on statistical programming matters within therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage programming support for multiple studies/projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Lead global regulatory authority submissions and prepare programming deliverables for submission
Oversee the development and performance management of direct reports, including mentoring and coaching
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
MS (or BS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline
10+ (12+) years of programming experience in clinical trial data processing within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Advanced SAS programming skills; knowledge of R, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions
Some project and people management experience is preferred
