Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand the needs of grantmakers and nonprofit partners
Create high-fidelity prototypes and interaction flows to communicate design concepts and improve usability
Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and advocate for user needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
Strong skills in creating interactive prototypes for complex user flows
Experience working in cross-functional teams
