Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance sales effectiveness across the customer lifecycle
Leverage data and analytics to identify KPIs and optimize sales strategies
Create and manage a comprehensive library of enablement materials and onboarding programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field in a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of implementing successful sales enablement programs
Strong understanding of the commercial sales lifecycle, including acquisition and renewals
Experience with data analysis to inform enablement strategies
Global mindset with adaptability to diverse working styles and cultural nuances
