Key Responsibilities:
Create technological designs from functional specifications
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
Implement and maintain ITSM processes and troubleshoot related issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and operation
Knowledge in CMDB and ITSM
Experience with 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
ServiceNow certifications are a strong asset
