Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet targets
Lead team enablement sessions and provide regular feedback to executive leadership
Identify areas for improvement in sales productivity and make recommendations
Qualifications:
7 years of team management experience preferred
Proficient in building Salesforce reports and dashboards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Salesforce, Clari, and Slack
