Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives and architecture in the payments domain
Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders
Participate in on-call rotation and champion codebase maintenance
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of fullstack experience in building large-scale systems
2+ years of technical leadership experience
Experience with payment systems and PCI compliance
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go)
Desire to work in a high-velocity environment and continuously learn
