A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 10-15 virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
Document sessions, ensure compliance with regulations, and make appropriate referrals
Required Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Full independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW or LMFT
2 years of experience in psychotherapy
Knowledge of therapeutic modalities like CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy
Background working with depression and anxiety preferred
