A company is looking for a Stop Loss Manager to oversee the operations of the Stop Loss department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations including workflow, staffing, and reporting
Monitor claim filings and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Perform audits on claims and coordinate reprocessing according to carrier negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience
5 years of supervisory experience required
TPA, Healthcare, or Stop Loss Carrier experience preferred
Self-Funding Certification preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
