A company is looking for a Strategic Experience Specialist for their Pro Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with customers to gather required documentation for loan applications
Act as a pipeline manager for a large number of loans through the origination process
Review loan files for accuracy and completeness, identifying potential bottlenecks
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales or mortgage experience
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM applications
Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
Strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
