Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret structure-function relationships for variant assessment
Expand in-house structural databases and develop new modeling protocols
Collaborate with statisticians and machine learning specialists on structural biology projects
Required Qualifications
PhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics, bioinformatics, or equivalent experience
2+ years of research and development experience in related fields
Familiarity with molecular biology, biological pathways, and genomics
Proficiency in bioinformatics and structural biology software and databases
Familiarity with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, R, Bash)
