Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a seamless pre-hire experience for all caregivers
Partner with various HR stakeholders to drive candidates through pre-boarding activities
Process recruiting-related tasks, answer questions, and resolve concerns
Required Qualifications:
One year of customer service experience using enterprise software systems
Proficiency in computer software applications
Experience in Human Resources or coaching/training others on HR systems
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday, is preferred
Familiarity with healthcare industry roles and terminology is a plus
