A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Part-Time Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and Slack, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Create reusable code examples, collaborate with the engineering team, and document technical problems and solutions
Provide technical mentorship within the support team and maintain high standards of support quality
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role
3 years of experience working with JavaScript
In-depth knowledge of software development best practices and API utilization
Experience using customer communication platforms like Front, Intercom, or Freshdesk
Prior experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup is preferred
