A company is looking for a Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain the Knowledge Base for customers
Create and update knowledge base content for new and existing product features
Proactively identify and address knowledge gaps in the documentation to enhance self-serve support
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in a technical writer or customer onboarding role at a product-led SaaS company
Portfolio showcasing various writing mediums such as self-help content, how-to articles, and videos
Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
