Vice President of Marketing

A company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing, focusing on leading a marketing organization within a Series A/B venture-backed B2B SaaS startup, ideally in fintech or ecommerce, and targeting SMB/Mid-Market customers in a fully remote role within Washington or California.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including new growth channels and optimization of the customer presale experience
Oversee product marketing, identify new market opportunities, support new product launches, and ensure GTM teams are properly enabled
Lead customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing campaigns utilizing digital channels and partnerships

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years leading a marketing team at a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup targeting SMB/Mid-Market customers
Experience in fintech or ecommerce startups, or possessing relevant domain knowledge is ideal
Proven ability to create marketing strategies that result in revenue growth
Strong mastery of SaaS KPIs, CRM reporting, and marketing operations best practices
Experience in recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing marketing team members
