Renewal Sales Representative

A company is actively seeking a Renewal Sales Account Representative for a remote position covering the Eastern Time zone region, focusing on annual renewals for current clients in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets by renewing support services contracts with existing customers
Own the entire renewal process from end to end, including creating renewal opportunities, client outreach, forecasting, and invoicing
Collaborate with Global Client Engagement Team to assess risk of non-renewal and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years of sales experience with software and/or support sales and delivery
Proficiency with computer applications such as Windows, Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Understanding of software maintenance/support models and basic knowledge about Oracle or SAP ERP software products
Experience with software support renewal sales and working with contracts
