A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Consumer Experience (Backend) to solve complex problems and influence the direction of the digital asset space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products and features on the platform, including documentation of designs
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and deliver high-quality features
Author high-quality code, review other engineers’ code for correctness, style, and information security concerns, and improve the performance and maintainability of the code base
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 years of software engineering experience
Experience building micro-services in the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) and building high-available services at scale
Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language like Java, Scala, or Kotlin
The ability to work closely across teams and manage dependencies
A customer and product-focused mindset with the ability to make well-reasoned tradeoffs between speed and quality
