Key Responsibilities:
Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about company policies
Process payroll, manage time and attendance systems, and facilitate trainings
Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations in a startup
Proficiency with Justworks, time tracking systems, and processing payroll
Familiarity with managing people metrics and reports
Experience in establishing and refining processes
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
