A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of offshore bookkeepers, setting performance targets and improving bookkeeping processes
Analyze bookkeeping metrics, collaborate with BPO partners, and work with other departments to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with various teams to scale the bookkeeping function through automation and achieve company goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in accounting
2+ years of team management experience with consistent performance assessment
Strong analytical skills and experience reporting key metrics and learnings
Bonus: Previous remote work experience, knowledge of accounting software, and understanding of tax differences for Sole Proprietors and S-Corps
