A company is looking for a Director, Developer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong cross-functional relationships to define strategy and priorities for the team
Deliver developer experience services, such as CI/CD tools and devops capabilities
Provide insights into customer experience, establish monitoring tools, and build a community of practice
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field required
12+ years of experience in software architecture and cloud-native technology
Strong expertise in observability, monitoring, and AWS technologies
Hands-on development experience with Python and familiarity with other programming languages
Experience in leading geographically dispersed teams and long-term strategic planning
