A company is looking for a College Economics/History/Philosophy Tutor to provide online tutoring sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online tutoring sessions using the Socratic method to foster critical thinking
Assist students in understanding U.S. history, world history, and religion
Maintain availability for tutoring sessions during specified hours and respond to session requests
Required Qualifications
Subject matter expertise in U.S. history, world history, and religion
Access to reliable, high-speed Internet and a quiet environment for tutoring
Excellent academic performance in undergraduate or graduate studies
Experience in teaching methodology, instruction, or tutoring at the college level
Ability to tutor a minimum of 2-5 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters
