A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Faculty for BUS 321: Organizational Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in an online environment
Examine organizational effectiveness at individual, group, and organizational levels
Engage students in discussions on motivation, team behavior, leadership, and change management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master’s degree or higher in Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Professional experience in a related field is desired
Online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful but not necessary
Willingness to uphold the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Eligible to hold a temple recommend
