A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Team Lead for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County for Medicaid eligible consumers
Utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility
Completing additional administrative tasks to support the Care Coordination team

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of Customer Service experience in insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology settings
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and occasional overtime
Must be 18 years of age or older
