A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an advocate for providers, triage contacts, and resolve issues
Research and resolve complex prior authorization issues to avoid escalations
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and communication to providers

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience using computer applications and ability to type at least 35-40 WPM
Availability to work full-time shifts between 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
