A company is looking for a Director, HR Business Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR consultation to business unit leaders
Act as a Talent Consultant on core talent management processes
Advise on organizational design and development to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications:
Experience in HR environment with shared services and COE structure
Business acumen in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and assessing HR metrics
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
Strong financial acumen to drive business outcomes with customer groups
Ability to influence key stakeholders, foster positive organizational culture, and make sound decisions
