Director Inside Sales – Commercial

A company is looking for a Director, Inside Sales – Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach a team of 6-8 sales managers on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets
Hire new managers and account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success
Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of sales experience, with proven performance owning a complex selling motion from prospecting through close
3+ years of experience managing US teams
Experience leading full-cycle sales into the US market
Strong track record of overachievement with experience in coaching a team on outbounding
Understanding of full sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time frames
