A company is looking for an HCM/Payroll Account Executive III for a remote full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting prospective clients in need of payroll and HCM solutions
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven success in outside sales with a focus on payroll and HCM solutions
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas
Must have previously accomplished president club or similar achievement within the payroll/HCM industry
Demonstrated success in high-velocity sales environments within the 50-500 employee space
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
