A company is looking for a Director of Workers’ Compensation Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct all operations of the Worker’s Compensation division, team, and clients
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners in concert with other ACM personnel
Participate in business development activities
Required Qualifications:
Active Adjuster License and/or as required by any other state in which handling claims
Minimum of seven years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience with a consistent high level of performance and achievement
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of three years’ effective leadership experience
