Senior Benefits Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation
Develop and maintain complex HR reports and metrics
Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers

Required Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in Human Resources and/or benefits administration
Significant benefits and integration experience
Advanced MS Excel experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, GBA, CEBS, or SPHR preferred
