A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative I to provide customer service regarding retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about retirement plans
Provide information on various retirement products and IRS rules
Handle complex customer requests and follow-up communications
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in financial services with customer service in a contact center
Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Understanding of FINRA and governmental rules and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
